Frequently asked questions
How do memberships and packs work?
Moments covers one child, and the Family Plan covers up to three. Each has two named adult accounts. Family includes one annual Sports, Stage or School pack; other packs are optional.
Do photo uploads use an included occasion?
No. Each included occasion comes with games and a digital memory book. Uploads within your storage allowance and entries covered by an active pack do not use your included occasions.
Can I start free?
Yes. Free gives you a private place for your own memories, with 50 MB of storage, one social card design, and 45 days of media hosting after your celebration. Guest participation and RSVPs begin with Party Pass.
Who can see my photos and messages?
Your celebration is private by default. The host decides whether contributions need approval before they are shared. Keep the party link with people you trust. Public sharing needs separate approval.
Can I print a book or calendar?
Downloads and print ordering are coming soon. They are not available to purchase yet.
