Who can use Kiddofest
A host must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Guests can respond to an invitation and join a party without creating an account. Hosts are responsible for keeping their sign-in and party access details secure.
Invitations, RSVPs and headcounts
Hosts choose whom to invite and are responsible for the event details they publish. RSVP responses, view counts and attendance confirmations help with planning, but Kiddofest cannot guarantee that any guest will attend. A shared invitation or party code can be used by anyone who receives it, so share it thoughtfully.
Photos, messages and permissions
You keep ownership of content you upload. By posting it, you give Kiddofest permission to store, display, adapt and print it only as needed to provide the features you use. Only upload content you have the right to share, including permission from a parent or guardian when a child appears in it. A host can review or remove guest contributions.
Memory books and printed products
A digital book can draw on photos, messages and party details already in Kiddofest. Before a print order, review every page, crop, name and delivery address. Printed items are made from the approved preview, and screen colors may differ slightly from print. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. The refund policy explains changes, defects and cancellations.
Plans and payments
Plan features, guest limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. If paid checkout is offered, the exact amount, currency, taxes and any delivery charges will be shown before you authorize payment. We do not charge you merely for viewing a plan or creating an account. Any material change to a purchased plan will be handled according to applicable law.
Respectful use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material, impersonate someone, misuse another person’s invitation, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access or remove content when needed to protect people, rights or the service. We will consider the context and available appeal or support options.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Kiddofest available, but maintenance, browsers, networks and third-party services can cause interruptions. Features may change as the product develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required.
Responsibility and legal rights
Kiddofest provides planning and memory tools; the host remains responsible for the gathering and guest safety. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit. Where law permits, our responsibility for losses is limited to foreseeable losses caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care.

Contact support@delugeworks.com if something is wrong with your account, content or order. Tell us the event or order reference and what happened so we can investigate. These terms do not remove any rights you have under local consumer law.
