Privacy Policy
How party details, RSVPs and memories are used and protected.
Last updated: September 2026
Children and family events
Kiddofest is designed for adults organizing family gatherings. Children do not need accounts. A parent or guardian should decide whether a child’s name or photo is shared, and hosts should ask guests before publishing their contributions.
What we collect
Hosts provide account details, event dates and locations, invitation settings, photos and messages. Guests may provide a name, RSVP choice and child or adult counts without an account. We also record invitation views and private session identifiers so the host can see useful totals without creating a guest record for every anonymous visit.
Reminders and device information
If a guest chooses notifications, we store the browser push subscription endpoint and encryption keys with the relevant event or session. They are used to deliver RSVP and attendance reminders. Guests can decline permission, turn notifications off in their browser, or stop them for an event. RSVP works without notifications.
Photos, books and printing
Event media and messages are used to show party memories and build digital or printed books. A host-approved print project and delivery details are sent to our print fulfillment provider only when an order is placed. Invitation photos and public link previews can be accessible to people with the link; keep private material out of those surfaces.
How we use information
We use information to run invitations, RSVP and headcount features, live party activities, memory books, support, security and service improvement. We use limited product analytics to understand how features work. We do not sell family photos or guest lists to advertisers.
Who receives information
Our hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, payment and print providers process information only to provide their services to Kiddofest. Other invited guests may see content the host chooses to share in the party experience. Hosts can see RSVP details, headcounts and submitted memories for their event.
Storage and security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect accounts and private event information. Push subscription keys are kept in the backend. Public share links and party codes can be forwarded, so their privacy depends in part on how they are shared. No online service can promise perfect security.
Retention and your choices
We retain event content while an account or book needs it, subject to operational backups and legal obligations. Hosts can edit or remove event details and request account or media deletion. Guests can change an RSVP, remove a contribution through the host, or ask us about their data. Contact support@delugeworks.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
International use and updates
Kiddofest is available in several languages and may use service providers in different countries. Applicable privacy rights vary by location. We will update this policy when practices materially change and publish the new date here.
